Full Journal pdf2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2894 HB 373 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2888) on the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 373 "An Act extending specified public school bond debt reimbursement; and providing for an effective date." and 2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2895 SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 373(FIN) "An Act relating to school construction and maintenance grants; extending specified public school bond debt reimbursement; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 31 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 373, thus adopting SCS HB 373(FIN). The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 373?" Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS HB 373(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
